How long will my order take to ship?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know we’ve successfully received it. After your order is fulfilled, we will send you an email notification with your tracking information.
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Thank you for trusting us with your skincare!
Address Issues:
Elemental Nurture is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect address information provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to resend the package. In the case of a refund request, the items will be subject to a restocking fee, and shipping fees or any rewards points used will not be refunded.
If there is no response to our attempts to resend the package within 30 days of receiving it back, the items and payment will be donated.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Elemental Nurture is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. Upon inquiry, we will provide delivery confirmation, tracking details, and carrier information to assist customers in following up with the shipping carrier directly.
